Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Telemarketing Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our outreach efforts, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our system, as well as making calls to potential clients to promote our services. If you have a proven track record in both data entry and telemarketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter data into our system, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail
- Make calls to potential clients to promote arenaflex services, utilizing excellent communication skills and a consultative approach
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve sales and data entry processes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry and telemarketing, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a similar industry or role, with a strong understanding of arenaflex services and products
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Certification in sales or marketing, such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Marketing Professional (CMP)
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Malay, Chinese, or English
