Job Summary

As a Full Stack IAM Security Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our security and identity management goals. You'll be responsible for analyzing and improving our IAM systems, identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses, and implementing new security measures to protect our organization and our customers. You'll work closely with our development teams, IT security specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that our IAM systems are secure, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and improve our IAM systems, identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses and implementing new security measures to protect our organization and our customers

• Work closely with our development teams, IT security specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that our IAM systems are secure, efficient, and effective
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement new security protocols and procedures to protect our organization and our customers
• Collaborate with our development teams to ensure that our IAM systems are integrated with our other security systems and processes
• Provide training and support to our employees on IAM security best practices and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM security trends, technologies, and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in IAM security analysis and implementation
• Strong understanding of IAM security principles, protocols, and technologies
• Experience with IAM security tools and technologies, including identity and access management systems, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and access management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex security issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, IT security specialists, and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive security information

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in IAM security analysis and implementation
• Experience with cloud-based IAM security solutions and technologies
• Certification in IAM security, such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP
• Strong knowledge of IAM security frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISO
• Experience with IAM security testing and penetration testing tools and technologies
