Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service to all arenaflex customers
• Cultivating and managing strong relationships with customers
• Assisting customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone, or through online ordering
• Pulling and preparing inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partnering with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
• Assisting with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment

Skills and Qualifications

We're seeking a candidate with:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish, preferred
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product, a plus
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience, helpful
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
