Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales and Marketing Team Member

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our State Farm Agent team, you'll be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You'll work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and collaborate with our team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Insurance Sales experience

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field (desired)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with State Farm products and services (desired)
