Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, both verbally and in writing

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, such as CRM and ticketing systems
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
