Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns, convey information efficiently and effectively, and strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and applications.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns, escalating to the appropriate level when necessary.
  • Convey information efficiently and effectively, using clear and professional communication skills.
  • Strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service.
  • Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures, products, and programs to ensure department standards and guidelines are met.
  • Regularly review and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.

  • Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license within 90 days of employment).
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required.
  • 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required.
  • Demonstrated job stability and attendance records.
  • Remote working experience a plus.
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
