Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls, chats, and emails. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer calls, chats, and emails, responding to a variety of inquiries, including appointment requests, maintenance plan renewals, payments, registration requests, and more

  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on issues, provide updates, and promote arenaflex services
  • Respond to website inquiries for appointments and provide accurate information to customers
  • Enter and maintain customer data within our system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Process maintenance agreements and invoice payments, resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Cross-train to assist in supporting other office functions, such as administrative tasks and data entry
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

What You Must Have

* Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and respond effectively in writing and verbally
  • Computer proficiency, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Urgency in handling each call in the most efficient and effective way possible, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry (highly preferred)
  • Service Titan Experience (highly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Schedule

* Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
