Key Responsibilities
* Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database, using a variety of software applications and tools.
- Online focus groups: Participate in online focus groups, providing feedback and insights on a variety of products and services.
- Product testing: Test and evaluate a range of products and services, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Research trials: Participate in research trials, providing data and insights on a variety of topics.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our research team, providing updates and feedback on your progress.
- Time management: Manage your time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) preferred.
- Current USA resident: Must be a current resident of the United States.
- Language skills: Fluent in English; Spanish language skills a plus.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data entry software a plus.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management: Ability to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support a plus.
- Experience with data entry software a plus.
- Familiarity with online research methods a plus.
Pay and Benefits
