Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Process orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including order history and preferences
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's internal processes and procedures
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Process online quotations and orders, and assist with creating driver route sheets as needed
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in typing (50+ WPM) and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
