Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in New York City, NY. As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality service standards
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and timely support to customers
  • Fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality service standards are met
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing metrics to measure customer satisfaction and service quality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in a customer service management role, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and quality service standards
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with team members and customers
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP))
