Your Role as a Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. You'll have the chance to grow and challenge yourself, discovering your potential can take you anywhere you want to go.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Remote Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond
  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
  • Appropriately communicating with customers, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • The ability to type 25 wpm
  • A High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • The ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and successful remote work experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • A clean and quiet workspace
