Position Overview AVer Information, Inc. is seeking a bright, passionate, results-driven, and responsible salesperson for our Regional Sales Manager, Pro AV business position. Reporting to Vice President, this role will be an integral part of AVer?s Sales Team. The ideal candidate would have the ability to successfully develop, build, and maintain successful partnerships of assigned region, deliver revenue and profit goals, effective leadership skills, and deliver exceptional customer service to our Channel Partners and customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit targets in assigned region
  • Respond to all sales correspondence, telephone calls and email inquiries including: pricing, requests for quotes, and Reseller show or event support
  • Calling and selling AVer solutions and products to end user customers
  • Manage existing Authorized Resellers in assigned region and recruit and train new Resellers Partners as needed in assigned region
  • Manage Reseller Channel online website merchandising presence for AVer products
  • Assist with tracking and qualifying leads via phone, emails and trade shows
  • Attend trade shows and give onsite presentations/demonstrations
  • Develop new business customers in assigned region
  • Managing and maintaining existing accounts and growing new customer base
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about market developments.
  • Plan and conduct product trainings to Reseller Partners and make joint sales calls with Reseller Partners
  • Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to end user customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent
  • 1?3 years of sales management experience
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Experience in business development, negotiation, and closing business
  • Excellent Customer Satisfaction Skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Computer proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Must be self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, professional and have a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of selling to Higher Education, Enterprise, Government, and Reseller Channels is a plus
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time
