  • Influence and collaborate effectively across different cultures and functions to meet global supply chain performance goals.

  • Provide regional insights to support supply chain planning and strategic decision‑making.

  • Maintain strong understanding of contractual requirements, business systems, and procurement processes.

  • Travel regularly (50%+) to visit suppliers within the region, with occasional travel to Moog sites globally.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • Up to 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering (Aerospace preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead complex supply chain activities.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of procurement and contractual law.

Preferred
