Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and training to deliver exceptional service. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer complaints, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Field customer inquiries, addressing pain points, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform service improvements and process enhancements
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Provide leadership development opportunities for team members, including training, mentorship, and career growth planning

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to inform service improvements
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate team members
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments, with the ability to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices
  • Experience with quality control processes and metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform service improvements
