Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology.
  • Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!

Work Environment and Company Culture

At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. Our California branch is located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762, and we offer full-time hours from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, 4 weekdays, and 1 weekend day.

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $24 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

  • Includes $2 Shift Differential.
