Account Manager
ACCOUNT MANAGER / DESIGNER (REMOTE – MID-WEIGHT) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a mid-weight Account Manager / Designer to support the delivery of signage and branding projects across Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, production-focused role suited to someone with a few years’ experience who is confident creating visuals such as vehicle liveries, signage proofs, and mockups, and is looking to continue developing their skills in a fast- paced, commercially driven environment. You will manage enquiries, produce visuals, and help move projects from initial brief through to sign-off — all through structured systems, written communication, and CRM workflows. CORE VALUES We maintain the highest standards of professionalism We promote and embody a positive working culture The customer is at the centre of everything we do We prioritise long-term customer relationships and retention We consistently deliver on time and to specification We believe in collaboration and teamwork We continuously seek ways to improve and evolve KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage inbound enquiries via email and CRM (no phone calls required) Log, track, and manage all enquiries accurately within the CRM system Monitor and respond promptly to the shared sales inbox Gather clear and detailed client briefs through written communication DESIGN & VISUAL TASKS Create vehicle wraps and van liveries (layout and application of existing branding) Produce signage proofs and mockups, including: o Shopfronts and fascias o Tray signs and external signage o Internal branding and wayfinding Generate clear, professional visuals that help clients understand the final outcome Handle revisions efficiently (target: 95% sign-off within 3 revisions) PRODUCTION & DELIVERY Prepare artwork for print and production (print/cut-ready files) Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all outputs Follow internal processes to maintain quality and efficiency COMMERCIAL & ADMIN Prepare accurate, well-structured quotations (typically up to £750) Proactively follow up quotations using CRM workflows Support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders Escalate higher-value or complex enquiries where required Keep clients informed throughout each stage of the process WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 2–4 years’ experience in signage, graphics, or a similar design role Experience creating vehicle graphics / wraps and signage visuals Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential) Strong layout, spacing, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Clear, professional written communication WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Clean, accurate visuals with minimal revisions required Strong understanding of what works commercially (not just visually) Fast, consistent turnaround of proofs and mockups High level of organisation and CRM usage Positive contribution to team output and business growth Ongoing improvement in both design quality and efficiency Apply To This Job
