Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Youngstown, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers via phone, email, text, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use courteous and professional language to communicate with customers
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve departmental objectives and meet customer expectations
  • Create a win-win resolution to problems and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Use basic math skills to resolve customer issues and process transactions
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Intermediate PC knowledge and working knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position

  • Luxottica Retail store/field experience
  • Optical experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, email, and text messages
  • Friendly personality, organized, and able to deescalate tense situations

Work Environment and Company Culture

* Work hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Compensation and Benefits
