Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance
• Successfully communicating financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment
• Presenting treatment plans and going over costs of services with patients
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans
• Collaborating with dental professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Computer literacy, with experience in Denticon a plus
• Bilingual Spanish language skills
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and going over costs of services
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience in a dental office or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience with electronic medical records and practice management software
