As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email channels. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.

Responsibilities:
