The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Orders: Accurately process customer orders, changes, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing Information: Offer timely and accurate information to customers about order status and product details.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with Operations Support, Transportation, and Sales Teams to address customer needs and concerns.
- Identifying Opportunities: Identify opportunities to improve customer service and drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Advanced MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Ten Key by Touch: Ability to accurately enter data using the ten-key system.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience providing customer service via phone, email, and internal chat-based programs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task while recording accurate information.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, previous experience working with AS400 and knowledge of the produce industry and varieties of produce are highly desirable.
