We are seeking a high-level Social Media & Growth Marketing Partner who is skilled in content creation, video production, ad strategy, and lead generation.

This is not a traditional salaried role.

This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial and wants to maximize their income based on the results they produce.

You will play a key role in helping us grow our brands, generate leads, and increase revenue through social media, digital content, and paid advertising.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for both content creation and growth marketing execution, including:

Content & Social Media

• Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) • Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads) • Design graphics and visual assets • Build and manage content calendars • Help grow brand awareness and audience engagement

Paid Ads & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Collaborate on or build landing pages and funnels • Generate qualified leads for counseling and telehealth services • Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI • Scale campaigns that are producing results

Strategy & Growth

• Identify new opportunities to generate leads and revenue • Improve conversion rates across campaigns and funnels • Track performance metrics and campaign results • Continuously test and optimize content and ads

Compensation Structure 

This role is structured as a revenue-based growth partnership.

Compensation includes:

• Revenue share based on converted clients generated from your campaigns • Performance-based earnings tied directly to results and growth • Optional base stipend of up to $500/month (depending on experience and alignment)

Earning Potential

Typical Monthly Earnings: $3,000 – $8,000+

High Performer Potential: $10,000 – $20,000+ per month

Your income is directly tied to your ability to generate leads, convert clients, and scale revenue.
