Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Business Manager III, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers within a given geographic region, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Executing strategic plans for all clients' brands to retailers within the defined geography, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of results.
  • Communicating and transferring knowledge about customer changes and insights to drive understanding across relevant arenaflex positions, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Consistently and exclusively using arenaflex's proprietary business planning, communication, and execution framework, CROSSVIEW, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Selling additional services to clients through analysis and understanding of client strategy, performance insights, coupled with customer performance by brand and/or category.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of developing and executing business plans that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with business planning, communication, and execution frameworks, with a strong understanding of CROSSVIEW.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to sell additional services to clients through analysis and understanding of client strategy and performance insights.
