Job Title: Video Editor – Adult Content

Work hours: 10 hours per week

Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (U.S.)

Initial work schedule: 9:00 am-1:00 pm EST, Mondays to Fridays

Rate: $6 move to $7 in 6 months per hour DOE

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lean-Pro Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on video editing, content creation, and social media support. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled at producing engaging video content optimized for various platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube, and OnlyFans.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create high-impact visuals, repurpose content for multi-platform campaigns, and help execute strategies that drive audience engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Edit videos for OnlyFans, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms using CapCut, VN, or InShot.

• Create attention-grabbing cuts, captions, transitions, and effects to maximize audience retention.

• Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-optimized clips.

• Apply consistent branding and style guidelines across all content.

Social Media Content Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and optimize social media content.

• Create teasers, highlights, and promos to drive traffic to OnlyFans and other channels.

• Monitor trends, audio, and formats to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.

Campaign & Performance Support

• Design branded assets, thumbnails, and cover images for OF, IG, and YouTube.

• Organize and manage a shared content library for streamlined access.

• Assist in creating video ads, promos, and creatives to support marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing, content creation, social media management or marketing.

• Proficiency in video editing using CapCut, VN, or InShot.

• Hands-on experience managing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Stories, and OnlyFans.

• Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer or similar.

• Strong creative eye for visual design and storytelling.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with OpusClip or Adobe Premiere Pro.
