ANALYST I

Caltrans is the transportation agency for the State of California, focused on improving lives and communities through transportation. The Analyst I will serve in a customer service environment, overseeing procurement, stocking of supplies, and managing disbursement of checks, while also coordinating meetings and processing public records requests.

Responsibilities

• Serves as lead for the procurement and stocking of general overhead supplies
• Acts as the paymaster for disbursement of all checks for Project Management
• Acts as the Conference, Meeting, and Training Coordinator for Project Delivery
• Processes California Public Records Act requests
• Assists with Property Control, Facilities, Procurement and Telecom

Skills

• Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
• Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required. Failure to submit a Statement of Qualifications will disqualify candidates from the hiring process
• Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
• If you are basing your eligibility on education, you must include your unofficial transcript(s)/diploma for verification
• Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation that indicates the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent
