Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with our store team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and handles returns, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Recommends items for sale to customers and suggests trade-up and/or companion items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment by keeping counters and shelves clean, taking inventory, and checking in and pricing merchandise as required.
• Implements Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss and ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sells of promotional photo products.
• Assumes web pick-up responsibilities by monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

• Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse customer base.
