Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing inbound and outbound paperwork, and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain operations. You will work closely with our warehouse personnel and customers to resolve problems and ensure accurate and complete information is conveyed to all. Responsibilities

* Accurately process inbound and outbound paperwork in a timely manner, including confirming the accuracy of data entry, reconciling the system, output to the customer's documents, and ensuring that all special requests are appropriately addressed and followed through.

  • Timely and accurately invoice customers for receiving, outbound processing, month-end billing, and all special requests and services.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating queries to manager if necessary.
  • Serve as liaison between warehouse personnel and customers, resolving problems as they occur and ensuring accurate and complete information is conveyed to all.
  • Write and complete accurate business correspondence to customers and team.
  • Apply professional, polite telephone communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in improving and monitoring procedures and processes to ensure cost-effectiveness in providing the most efficient service.
  • Adhere to established guidelines and rules of the organization outlined in the employee manual.
  • Assist in performing physical inventories and second counts.

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences, including:

  • Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Sunday-Wednesday 7:30am-7:30pm
  • Wednesday-Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm
  • Sunday-Wednesday 7:30pm-7:30am
  • Wednesday-Saturday 7:30pm-7:30am

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, who:

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for Associates or BA in Management.
  • Has experience in an office or warehouse environment with experience in customer service and scheduling.
  • Is proficient with computers and has a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Is able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office and warehouse environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain operations.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
