Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with new reservations in person and over-the-phone, ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • Supporting drivers and management teams during operational issues, such as fleet maintenance, accidents, or inclement weather
  • Coordinating and overseeing daily scheduled route operations, ensuring smooth and safe transportation services
  • Performing other duties as needed to support the team and ensure exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • Consistently prioritizing safety and security, both for yourself and others
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers and colleagues
  • A commitment to embracing diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable attendance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based and reservation software applications
  • Satisfactory completion of background investigations, drug tests, and other required screenings

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
