What You'll Do

As an Associate Client Support Consultant on our Chat Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through our chat platform. Your primary goal will be to help clients manage their business using our solutions, which may involve troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues, providing training on our technology, and partnering with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional client support through our chat platform, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Continuously upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools
  • Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound chats
  • Work collaboratively with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

To Succeed in This Role

* At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience

  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment and meet performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
