Responsibilities:
* Interact with arenaflex customers in-person to address service questions and concerns, providing empathetic and solution-oriented support that exceeds their expectations
- Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, recommending products and services that align with customers' lifestyle and preferences
- Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless resolution of issues and a positive experience
- Promote arenaflex products and services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition to help customers get the most out of their subscription
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing data to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
