Experienced Customer Service Representative – Real Estate Media Client Communications

Join Our Dynamic Team

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for many of our real estate partners. You will be responsible for communicating with clients via text, phone, and email in a professional, warm, and timely manner. You will understand our full suite of real estate media services and help clients choose the best fit. You will schedule and manage media orders on behalf of clients using our booking platform, proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and offer shoot opportunities, follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email in a professional, warm, and timely manner

• Understand our full suite of real estate media services and help clients choose the best fit
• Schedule and manage media orders on behalf of clients using our booking platform
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and offer shoot opportunities
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth and successful service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role

• Sales experience — confident in outreach, offering services, and handling basic objections
• Excellent communication and active listening skills — especially over text and phone
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
• Friendly, positive attitude and a genuine love for helping people
