Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact and will ensure customers receive prompt assistance. Your tasks will include:

- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction consistently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with basic computer operations and internet searches
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
