Job Responsibilities

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolving complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Utilizing various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering visits
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; online business part administration specialist certification after completion of a 14-day training program preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer service, with excellent relational skills, brief amicable help, and phenomenal completion

  • Ability to adapt and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
