Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, and delivering food to customers
- Cleaning the dining room, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and team members
- Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and standards of quality and service
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, food service, or hospitality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods, kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and maintain a high level of attendance
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in customer-facing roles
- Experience with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
