Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Telecom department. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for following up with customers and pre-qualified leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. Key Responsibilities
* Follow up with customers and pre-qualified leads to acquire new internet accounts
- Assist with the installation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
- Manage a daily customer list and report to the office once a day
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Work Schedule
We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from two options:
- 5-Day Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, with two shift options:
+ 3pm to 9pm + 10am to 4pm
- 6-Day Schedule: Work Monday through Saturday, with two shift options:
+ 4pm to 9pm + 10am to 3pm We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, so we're happy to accommodate different hours. Simply speak to one of our managers to discuss your needs.
Work Environment
Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a retail setting, interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner. We're not a call center environment, so you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers in person and build strong relationships.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Fluency in another language (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of 5G internet connectivity solutions
- Certification in sales or customer service
