Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members

  • Utilize a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, with occasional use of chat and social media platforms
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex problems and escalating issues to senior team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using software tools such as CRM systems and customer service platforms

Preferred Qualifications
