The Role

As an Experienced Sales Professional – Digital Marketing Partnerships at arenaflex, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative business relationship between arenaflex and SMB virtual advertising companies, as well as their advertisers. Your primary objective will be to showcase the value of arenaflex's product offerings and partnership software, while driving revenue growth and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Foster a collaborative business relationship between arenaflex and SMB virtual advertising companies, as well as their advertisers

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of agency models, client needs, and decision-making processes
  • Craft consultative sales presentations to illustrate how arenaflex's marketing products can be applied to connect with customers
  • Lead training sessions to assist clients in becoming more adept at building and executing effective campaigns
  • Continuously surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals assigned by management, while contributing to team targets
  • Develop and manage partner relationships to ensure exceeding of assigned targets
  • Identify new business partnerships that align with arenaflex's partner compliance and meet revenue expectations
  • Chart out agency structure, discover key decision-makers, budget owners, and the organization's decision-making process
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
  • Interact with businesses regularly to nurture relationships, validate advertisers' wishes, and maintain arenaflex's partnership prominence
  • Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new clients

What It Takes to Succeed

* Proven success in achieving revenue goals in a prior position

  • Experience working with marketers at government ranges
  • Familiarity with Pay Per Click marketing (an advantage)
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability, openness to startup environments, and ability to thrive in an ever-changing, rapid-paced workplace
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, and a strong dedication to surpassing targets
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
