We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and arenaflex policies.

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a call center or airline environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
