Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You'll be responsible for creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, physicians, and hospitals through phone, email, and chat interactions

  • Use knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues
  • Create simplicity by effectively navigating multiple systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer service or call center role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, transaction-based environment
  • Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry, preferably in a customer service or provider support role

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare plans, products, procedures, and systems
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
