Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to support our paid media examination capability, driving key insights and recommendations for our Chief Initiative group. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with marketing groups to identify opportunities for optimizing our paid media spend, develop and implement data-driven strategies, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally

  • Collaborate with marketing groups to identify opportunities for optimizing our paid media spend and develop data-driven strategies to drive results
  • Design and implement data-driven experiments to test and validate hypotheses, driving key insights and recommendations for our Chief Initiative group
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track progress and drive results, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, driving business growth and success
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving key business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our paid media examination capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with a focus on paid media examination and insights
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through data-driven decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scope an issue, form pertinent questions, and draw important inferences from data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver high-quality, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and programming languages, such as Python or R
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, including social media, search, and display advertising

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with a focus on paid media examination and insights
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, clustering, and decision trees
  • Strong understanding of data management and governance principles, including data quality, data security, and data privacy
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
