Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive growth and excellence in our medical device sales teams. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and showcasing proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals.

Responsibilities

As a sales leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Direct the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Direct the sales performance in specified regions
  • Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management
  • Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
  • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and the sales process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a similar role at a medical device company
  • Strong knowledge of the clinical and regulatory aspects of the medical device industry
  • Experience with sales performance management and analytics tools
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Experience working in a global or international environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
