Job Responsibilities
As a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every flight is a success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure that every flight is prepared to the highest standards, including cleaning and disinfecting the cabin
- Operating ground equipment, such as freight vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks, safely and efficiently
- Conducting security assessments on each flight, adhering to current health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Working with electronic devices and computers to ensure that the cabin is cleaned and prepared according to our standards
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Need to Succeed
