Job Summary
As an Online Chat Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries in real-time through live chat. You will provide accurate information about products, services, and orders to customers, assist with logins, answer frequently asked questions, and help customers with coupons and other issues. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity that requires a minimum of 4 hours of availability per shift, 5 days a week. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in real-time through live chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders to customers - Assist with logins, answer frequently asked questions, and help customers with coupons and other issues - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a call center or customer support environment - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided) - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Certification in customer support or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills
