Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Reliable internet connection with a working computer and headset
  • Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
  • Passion for skincare and the beauty industry (a plus if you're bi-lingual and speak Spanish)

Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a 45-hour week, Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-6pm EST. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your workspace and schedule.
