Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer inquiries both over the phone and by email, providing accurate and helpful information
- Researching required information using available resources to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Providing customers with product and service information, including financial aid options, application procedures, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other related inquiries
- Entering new customer information into the system
- Routing calls to the appropriate resource to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Responding to incoming calls from students and parents regarding financial aid options, application procedures, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other related inquiries
Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and emails simultaneously
- The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic math skills, including word problems, percentages, and multiplying fractions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Schedule and Pay Rate
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you can expect:
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs
- Paid weekly, with a competitive hourly rate
- $15.50 per hour during training, with a rate of $16.00 per hour after completion of training
- 4 weeks of paid in-person training, followed by a fully remote work arrangement
- Equipment provided, including a computer, headset, and other necessary tools
