Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • 1-2 years working in a Customer Service or sales field, with a proven track record of success
  • A desire to learn and develop professional skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Clear and friendly communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to use only positive language when interacting with customers, with a focus on building trust and rapport
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
