Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team as a CPC Customer Support I. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys by processing medical record requests, documenting information in multiple platforms, and utilizing two computer monitors. Responsibilities

* Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status

  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CST
  • Remote role (Call Center)

Pay and Benefits

The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is $15 - $18.32 USD. arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Ability to document information accurately and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical terminology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
