- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to navigate online platforms and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Walmart's products, services, and online platform is a plus.
