Job Summary
As an E2E Logistics Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights from various data sources, develop predictive models, and create data visualizations to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve our overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain complex data models, including predictive models and data visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights from various data sources, including customer and driver applications
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize logistics operations
- Collaborate with the E2E Logistics team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth
Test Tasks
* Plan and estimate retail tests to optimize logistics operations
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
- Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind late deliveries
- Analyze differences in performance between stores and markets
Skills and Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with data visualization tools and ability to create interactive dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Certification in data science, machine learning, or related field
