What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to resolve their issues
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for each customer
  • Operating with empathy, kindness, and patience to ensure a positive experience for our customers and team members alike
  • Collaborating with teammates and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and support

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing timely and accurate solutions
  • Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and research
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with minimal supervision
