  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an ecommerce environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry, with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
